Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If your item is not to your liking I will gladly exchange it for an item of equal value as long as you have contacted me within 5 days of delivery and your original purchase is shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Items being exchanged must be received by me in the exact same condition as when they were sent out. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

-Mini Journal Earrings/Necklaces, Ornaments, small leather items are shipped via USPS First Class which typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Small and Large Journals are shipped via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped
- The Traveler is shipped via USPS First Class which typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Specialty Items (Box Sets, Large Sketchbooks, Mini Journal Bracelet) will vary in shipping method depending on their final destination. You can message me before purchasing with your shipping destination to find out how the item will be shipped to you.

-Due to the rising costs for shipping items internationally, I now ship all orders via USPS First Class. Items typically take 3-6 weeks to arrive once shipped.
- I will still provide USPS Priority shipping if contacted prior to purchase so I can adjust the shipping costs accordingly. It typically takes items 6-14 days to arrive once shipped via USPS Priority.

Q: Do you provide overnight or express shipping?
A: The fastest I provide is priority shipping which takes 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped for domestic orders and 6-14 days for international. Please plan accordingly.
